The National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory at 4:10 a.m. this morning for north central Ohio. The advisory includes the following area counties: Ashland, Crawford, Knox, Morrow, and Richland. The advisory in in effect from 9 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 16 and extends to noon on Monday.

There is a possible accumulation of 3 to 6 inches. According to the weather service, the snow will increase in intensity early tonight and taper off by noon on Monday. West winds will increase to 15 to 20 mph by Monday afternoon and some blowing snow is likely. Wind chills will likely drop to around zero or below zero from Monday night through Wednesday morning.

The Winter Weather Advisory is for snow and the potential for poor travel conditions.
