Dear Editor:

I am writing to express my support for Judge Brent Robinson to be retained as Judge for the Court of Common Pleas.  I have known Judge Robinson most of his life and I have observed him throughout his earlier career as an Assistant County Prosecutor when I served 13 years as a court bailiff in the Court of Common Pleas.  I spent much time in the courtroom with Mr. Robinson and found him to be a skilled and competent trial attorney who tried many high-profile felony cases.  He was always prepared for his court appearances and he exhibited an even temperament in court, even when rulings from the bench went against him.

In my earlier career I served over 30 years as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  I have been in many court rooms throughout our country and have observed many attorneys, judges and prosecutors. After observing Brent Robinson over the years, I believe he is among the best and finest trial attorneys I have seen and he brings those skills and traits to the Court of Common Pleas.  Judge Robinson is knowledgeable, competent, dedicated, honest, and has a high work ethic.

The citizens of Richland County are fortunate to have a Common Pleas Judge with the skills and talents of Judge Brent Robinson and I urge all voters to support him in the upcoming election and to retain him as Judge for the Court of Common Pleas.
