Ashland County
State Route 89 – ***UPDATE***
SR 89, one-quarter-mile south of Township Road 1500 in Perry Township, is closed for a culvert replacement. The detour route for northbound motorists is SR 89 to US Route 30, west on US 30 to State Route 60, north on SR 60 to US Route 42, north on US 42 to US Route 250, east on US 250 to SR 89 and reverse for southbound motorists. The road is expected to reopen on November 14, 2014.
Township Road 1500
TR 1500, between Township Road 523 and State Route 89, is closed for a bridge replacement project. Detour will be posted. The road is expected to reopen November 6, 2014.
Crawford County
State Route 19
SR 19, between Albaugh Road and New Washington Road in Lykens Township, is closed for a culvert replacement project. The detour route for northbound motorists is SR 19 to State Route 100, north on SR 100 to State Route 67, east on SR 67 to US Route 224, east on US 224 to SR 19, and reverse for southbound motorists. The road is expected to reopen October 31, 2014.
State Route 61/State Route 309
SR 61/SR 309 (Portland Way South) from Harding Way to Grove Avenue in the City of Galion is under construction as part of the rehabilitation and widening project. One lane of traffic is maintained in each direction. The project is expected to be complete in late November 2014.
State Route 598, just north of State Route 19 in the City of Galion, is closed for bridge reconstruction as part of this project. The detour route for northbound motorists is SR 598 to State Route 19, west on SR 19 to State Route 602, north on SR 602 to US Route 30, east on US 30 to SR 598, and reverse for southbound motorists. The road is expected to reopen November 17, 2014.
State Route 103
SR 103, between the Wyandot County line and State Route 4, is reduced to one lane of traffic as part of a resurfacing project. One lane of two-way traffic will be maintained at all times with flaggers. The project is expected to be complete at the end of October 2014.
Richland County
State Route 13 – ***UPDATE***
SR 13, one-quarter-mile south of US 30 in the City of Mansfield, is closed for a bridge repair project. The detour route for northbound motorists is SR 13 to East 5th Street, east on East 5th Street to Newman Street, north on Newman Street to East Longview Avenue, west on East Longview Avenue to SR 13, and reverse for northbound motorists. The road is expected to reopen Saturday, October 25, 2014.
Interstate 71 – ***NEW***
I-71, between the Morrow County line and State Route 39 (between mile markers 158 and 173), will have intermittent single lane closures on Monday, October 27 and Tuesday, October 28 for pothole patching work. Two lanes of traffic will be maintained at all times in each direction. The lane closures will be in effect from 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. each day.
State Route 95
SR 95, between the Knox County line and the village of Butler, is reduced to one lane of traffic for work as part of a resurfacing project. One lane of two-way traffic will be maintained at all times with flaggers. The project is expected to be complete in July 2015.
Five Points Road
Five Points Road (County Road 259), between State Route 13 and Brubaker Creek Road, is closed for a bridge replacement project. Detour will be posted. The road is expected to reopen in mid-November, 2014.
