Clear Fork Colts vs. Mansfield Tygers
Mansfield Senior (1-2) at Clear Fork (2-1): Mitch Nixon threw for three TDs and rushed for another score in his debut at quarterback for the Tygers. Tyquan Vickers rushed for 144 yards and two touchdowns, while Asante’ Wilder had three catches for 91 yards and a score.
The Colts, meanwhile, needed some last-second heroics from quarterback Kadin Chrastina and receiver Dillon Smith, who hooked up for a 46 yard scoring strike in the final 30 seconds of a dramatic 20-19 win over Shelby.

Orville vs. Lexington
Orrville (1-2) at Lexington (0-3): First-year Lex coach Taylor Gerhardt is still looking for his first win and the Minutemen are trying to snap an 11 game losing streak that dates to Week 2 of the 2013 season. Lex hasn’t won an Ohio Cardinal Conference game since Week 7 of the 2012 season.
Lexington is 1-4 in its last five meetings against Orrville, the lone win coming in 2012. The Red Riders have struggled early, too. After opening the season with a win over Toledo Rogers, Orrville has been outscored 89-27 the past two weeks.
