Richland Public Health requests your help in locating a dog that has been implicated in the bite of a person. The dog is described as a Chihuahua and mini Pin mix. The dog was last seen in the area of the Richland County Fairgrounds on Sept. 9.
If the whereabouts of the dog are known, please contact Richland Public Health at once and advise them of the location of the dog. Do not attempt to restrain the dog yourself.
