Richland Academy, in collaboration with the RCDG Arts Sector, will host an evening of “Arts for All” on Tuesday, July 22 from 5 – 7 p.m. This evening will include open adult dance classes, open studio painting, and live entertainment.
Open adult dance classes for ages 13 and up will be offered, including salsa aerobics from 5 – 6 p.m. with instructor Marden Ramos as well as Barre Body class, which combines Pilates, yoga and ballet barre work with instructor Kim Beveridge from 6 -7 p.m.
Also offered will be open adult painting for ages 13 and up. Cost for this class is $20, all art supplies included. Painters are free to paint what they like and instructors Olivia Adams and Pat Olson will be on hand to offer assistance.
Entertainment will feature local jazz band OH70, featuring Damian Boyd, Britt Reed and Chesley Talisse, as well as a special performance by Sharon Grimes on piano and Carla Colon on flute. Richland Academy KidzRock students will also perform.
Activities for young children will be offered, supervised Miss Sarah, in the Kid Zone.
