Phil Scott, candidate for county commissioner, will be the featured speaker at the Shelby Area Democratic Club’s monthly meeting. The gathering will take place tonight at 7 p.m. in the Sutter Roush Room, 23 East Main Street, directly behind the municipal utilities office. Scott currently serves as president of the Mansfield City Council.
During the business meeting, members will honor the memory of their late club treasurer Nadine Morris. They will also discuss the upcoming Truman-Kennedy Breakfast.
