The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) announced road closures within Richland County.
State Route 61
State Route 61, between Township Road 179 and Township Road 1199 in Sharon Township, will close on Sunday, April 13 for railroad crossing repairs.
The detour route for northbound motorists is State Route 61 to State Route 181, east on State Route 181 to County Road 330, east on County Road 330 to State Route 314, north on State Route 314 to State Route 61, and reverse for southbound motorists. The road is expected to reopen on April 17.
State Route 39
State Route 39, just north of Lexington-Springmill Road, will close Monday, April 14 as part of a railroad crossing repair project.
The detour route for northbound motorists is State Route 39 to State Route 13, north on State Route 13 to State Route 96, west on State Route 96 to State Route 39, and reverse for southbound motorists. The road is expected to reopen on April 18.
