The Ohio Department of Transportation released a construction report for Richland County for the week of Nov. 18.
-SR 545, between US Route 30 and State Route 96, has intermittent single lane closures as part of a resurfacing project. One lane of two-way traffic will be maintained at all times in each direction with flaggers. The project is expected to be complete in December.
