MedCentral Health System and Third Street Family Health Services have teamed up to provide a free educational class on “Fall Seasonal Foods” on Tuesday, Aug. 13, at 2 p.m.
The diabetic education classes are held at the Third Street Family Health Services, Barbara Pore Board Room, www.medcentral.org/, on the second Tuesday of the month.
The joint classes began in 2006 and topics include monitoring blood sugar, sick day management, diabetic foot care, all about insulin and skin care safety.
