MANSFIELD — A $2.35 million property transfer marks another step toward bringing a new boutique hotel to downtown Mansfield. 116 Park Avenue West LLC purchased the former Holiday Inn property at 116 Park Ave. W. from Park Hospitality LLC, according to recently recorded Richland County property transfers.
