MANSFIELD — The Mansfield Police Department reported Tuesday afternoon that 14-year-old Allison Sowders has been found and is safe. Sowders was reported missing on Nov. 30. Authorities reported she was last seen in the 100 block of Grover Avenue in Mansfield. No further information was available at the time of publication.
