Inflation driving cost of meal prices at Richland County Jail up another 8 percent
MANSFIELD — A rising Richland County Jail population and increased food costs will again mean additional expense for local taxpayers. County commissioners on Thursday approved a new contract with Trinity Services Group, a Florida-based company, a deal for one year with the potential for three, one-year renewals.
