Flood watch issued for Richland, Ashland and Crawford counties until 11 p.m.
A flood watch is in effect until Tuesday at 11 p.m. in a north central Ohio area that includes Richland, Ashland and Crawford counties, according to the National Weather Service office in Cleveland. Multiple rounds of showers and storms will move across the area through this evening, according to the NWS.

Tornado aftermath: ‘We just prayed that we were going to make it through’
PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP (4:30 p.m.) – A text message Thursday evening from the National Weather Service alerted Jenny Beverage that something wicked was about to come her way. A subsequent phone call from her mom confirmed it – a tornado was on the ground in northern Crawford County and was headed east.
