Richland County Clerk of Courts announces upcoming office closures
MANSFIELD — The Richland County Clerk of Courts auto title and legal divisions will be closed on Feb. 15, according to Clerk of Courts Linda Frary. The legal division of the clerk’s office will be closed at noon on Feb. 17 for training and will remain closed until Feb. 22 at 8 a.m., Frary said.
