LEXINGTON — A building that is home to a gas station and convenience store in Lexington recently sold for $1,478,000, according to a property transfer filed with the Richland County Auditor’s Office. The business at 2827 Lexington Ave. was sold by Speedway, LLC, to  Anabi Real Estate Development, LLC, according to the public record.
