The Law Office of Attorney Jodie D. Dees has provided experienced and proven results to the citizens of Richland County since 1995.

Attorney Dees earned her law degree in 1984 and has had an eventful and successful career since then. Dees began her legal training by serving as an assistant for Franklin County Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys.

She then served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Child Support Enforcement Division and soon advanced to become an Assistant Franklin County Grand Jury Prosecutor as well as an Assistant Franklin County Trial Staff.

Just a few years prior to the opening of her own private practice, Dees' experience continued as an assistant Mansfield City Law Director.

Currently, Dees is a private practitioner who represents individuals in the Richland County Court of Common Pleas Domestic Relations Division. She opened her private practice February 13, 1995.

She is dedicated to assisting her clients with family law matters. Not only that, but she also works to help clients in the Richland County Court of Common Pleas Criminal Division and Juvenile Division, as well as the Mansfield Municipal Court Criminal and Civil Divisions.

“Knowing that at the end of the day, my contribution has been positive and helpful is my favorite thing about being a small business," Dees said.

The Law Office is open and accepting new clients. To fit client needs and accommodate COVID-19 safety suggestions, Zoom, Skype and telephone consultations are available.

“We meet time-sensitive deadlines and provide full explanations of procedures and possible outcomes,” Dees said.

Attorney Jodie D. Dees is licensed to practice in Ohio as well as Indiana and Colorado.
