MANSFIELD — A 15-year-old runaway girl, reported missing May 17, has been found safe, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department. The sheriff’s department said in May it was the fifth time Allison Sowders had run away from home. She had have an active warrant out of Richland County Juvenile Court, authorities said.
