MIFFLIN TOWNSHIP — Harlan Road, between Peterson Road and Milligan Road, will be closed Friday, Nov. 5, according to the Richland County Engineer’s Office. The road will be closed between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. for a culvert replacement, the engineer’s office said.
