Residents can sip, shop and celebrate when Bellville Nutrition and CALL Boutique hosts a grand opening event from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at its newly shared storefront at 107 West Main Street.

Young owners come together with shared vision

Logan Pfleiderer started CALL Boutique online in early 2024 at age 16 with help from her mother.

“We did online for about a year, then after my senior cheer season in February 2025, we were looking for units and found the spot 18 Mill Road — where Forget me Not Flowers Bellville is now located,” she said.

Pfleiderer said her personal experiences shaped her mission.

“I feel very passionate about making women feel comfortable in their own body and clothes as I struggle with body image issues myself,” she said. “Here, we are wanting people to fuel good and feel good.”

Marissa Starkey opened Bellville Nutrition in February 2025 as a franchise of Mansfield Nutrition, which began in 2021.

She built her business around promoting healthy options and positive energy.

“My goal is to offer a healthy fast food spot for anyone and everyone,” Starkey said. “Fuel good; feel good.”

‘Sip and shop’ experience creates one-stop destination

Pfleiderer and Starkey said their partnership made sense because they share similar goals and energy.

“This was a good fit because we’re two young, driven entrepreneurs who want to make a difference and enjoy making others feel and look their best,” Starkey said.

Starkey and Pfleiderer also plan to host monthly sip and shop events and offer free vendor space to help other small businesses reach new customers. Starkey said they are welcoming everyone to take advantage of their free vendor space.

“Each month we are hoping to bring in new customers that are coming for our vendors,” she added. “They can enjoy a healthy refreshing drink and possibly new arrivals from CALL Boutique.

“I am looking forward to giving a fun and positive experience to the community and making others feel and look their best.”
