Thelma I. Ballitch, 85 of Mansfield, Ohio passed away on December 4, 2025 at OhioHealth Hospital in Mansfield following an ongoing illness. She was born on August 6, 1940 in Greenwich, Ohio to the late Charles J. Conklin and Thelma Louise Thomas.
Thelma was a member of the Mansfield Baptist Temple Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen Penrose and Katherine Lawhorn; her siblings, Arthur Conklin, Sharon Hall and Susan Billingsley and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Thelma was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Kimberly Rainey and siblings, Grace Mosier and Thomas German.
Funeral services will be held Thursday December, 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Ohio Cremation & Memorial Society, 9 Chambers Rd. Mansfield, Ohio 44906. Pastor Robert Kurtz will officiate and burial will be held in Mansfield Memorial Park.
