Uzziah M. Jaynes, 32, of Mansfield passed away July 23, 2025 at his home.
Uzziah was born June 7, 1993 in Mansfield to David Jaynes and Jennifer Knepper. He was a 2012 graduate of Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow and worked at Edge Plastics for many years. Uzziah loved drawing, fishing, cooking on the grill and had a dream of becoming an EMT. His heart was full of love for his children that he adored.
Survivors include his wife Sandra Webb Jaynes; children Kadence, Jaxon, Sofia Jaynes; parents David Lee Jaynes Sr. and Jennifer Knepper; siblings Brandy (Tim) Stahle of Galion, David Jaynes Jr of Mansfield, Kelly Jaynes of Ontario, Meghan (James Mason) Moogy of Mansfield, Desting (Andrew) Knee of Mansfield, Hannah R. Jaynes of Mansfield; grandmother Bonnie Knepper of Ashland; step siblings Melissa Jaynes Hamilton of Mansfield, Robin Murnahan of Troy, Cassandra Hamilton of Mansfield; sister-in-law Shyann Franks of Ashland; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Roy and Betty Mcfadden Jaynes, William Knepper; nieces Amire and Amora Norris-Jaynes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2, from 11am – 12pm at Herlihy Funeral Home, 173 Park Avenue West. A service will be held at the funeral home at 12pm. Burial will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Herlihy Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
