RuthAnne (Vervoort) Sisco, 89, of Mansfield, Ohio, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 28th, at OhioHealth Hospital in Mansfield.

She was born on June 3, 1936, in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Donald and Katherine Vervoort, and was lovingly raised by Katherine and John W. Allen. She had one sister, Mary Jane Toolan of Flemington, New Jersey.

RuthAnne graduated as an honor student from Somerville High School in Somerville, New Jersey, and went on to attend Drake Business School. She worked as a secretary for several respected organizations, including Agway and RCA of Somerville, and Sikorsky Aircraft of Connecticut.

She met her husband of 65 years, Paul E. Sisco Jr., in the youth group at First Baptist Church of Somerville, where they both remained active members for many years. RuthAnne and Paul were married in 1959 and built a loving home together, raising two sons, Ronald and Gary. The family shared a close bond and enjoyed many wonderful vacations and experiences together.

RuthAnne is survived by her devoted husband, Paul; her sons, Ronald and his wife Catherine (Boxborough, Massachusetts), and Gary and his wife Carissa (Castana, Iowa); her cherished grandchildren, John, Lindsey, Thomas, Nicholas Black and his wife Jennifer; and her great-grandson, Cash Black. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of life service for RuthAnne will be held at Clover Hill Reformed Church in Hillsborough, New Jersey, on July 26, 2025 at 11:30 am. Burial to follow immediately after at Clover Hill Reformed Church Cemetery.
