In view of the current severe weather and extreme wind chills, the Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department wants to encourage patients and clients with children to consider rescheduling appointments currently listed for Tuesday, Jan. 7. This request includes the health department medical clinic as well as Ashland and Richland County WIC offices.
Depending on the weather, the health department may or may not remain open tomorrow.
