Richland County releases May property transfers

ONTARIO — The building housing Richland County’s only option for fast-casual Italian food was sold in last month’s batch of property transfers.

The Fazoli’s restaurant property located at 1048 North Lexington-Springmill Road in Ontario sold for just over $1 million on May 22, 2025.

The Patient Triple Net Investors LLC purchased the building from The Frank J. Schwarb Family Trust for $1,030,000.

It is unclear whether the actual business of Fazoli’s is changing hands, or if simply the physical building was sold.

Ontario Mayor Kris Knapp could not immediately offer clarification on the sale.
