Mary Louise (Hout) Crawford, 83, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2016 at home.
She was born Sept. 13, 1932 to Bernard and Mildred (Smith) Hout.
Mary graduated from Mansfield Senior High in 1951. She worked for Smart Music store in downtown Mansfield. She loved to dance, listen to country music, go to garage sales, and bake and cook for her family. Mary loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren very much. She was always busy and a very strong lady.
Mary is survived by four children and two step-children, Russ (Pam) Kleilein, of Mansfield, Carolyn Null, of Mansfield, Patty (Dave) Friddell, of Grand Blanc, Michigan, Rick (Vicki) Crawford, of Newark, Ohio; step-children, Charles (Kathy) Crawford Jr., of Lexington, Ohio, and Jennifer Crawford, of Indiana; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Donna Yetter, of Crestline.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held on Friday, Aug. 19, 2016 from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington Springmill Rd, Ontario. A funeral service, officiated by Rev. Bruce Copley, will be held on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016 at 10:30 a.m., also at the funeral home. An additional hour of visitation will be held prior to the service. Burial will follow at Ontario Cemetery.
