MANSFIELD: Debora F. Harbaugh, 80, of Mansfield, a born again believer, saved by Christ, has now entered into the kingdom of Heaven (John 3:3).  Debora passed into the presence of her Savior Tuesday, February 25, 2025 following an extended illness.

The daughter of Kennell and Susie (Shephard) Conley, Debora was born December 15, 1944 in Locust Grove, Ohio.  She married her loving and devoted husband Steve Harbaugh on April 10, 1965.

A talented artist, Deb worked meticulously as a professional painter.  She also embraced her artistic abilities in creating hand made quilts and blankets.

Her focus was Christ centered.  For 51 years, Deb was a member at Community Bible Church where she served in the Sunday School ministry.  Deb also graciously used her artistic talents in painting beautiful murals for the church.  Her gifting was also in serving others and in showing Christ’s love.  Deb was an amazing caregiver to her family.  In raising her children and in providing a godly influence over her grandchildren as well.  She also devoted her time to visit and care for elderly friends from the Young At Heart church group.

Deb enjoyed walks on the bike trail and always remained active.

She will be remembered for her love of God, children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Steven Harbaugh; children Tina (Chris) Baker and Mike (Misty) Moore; grandchildren Tara White, Darci Baker, Mick Moore and Alex (Sara) Moore; great grandson Mason White; siblings Jesse Conley, Micky Eldridge, Mary Lou Brown, Linda Fitzpatrick; close friends Sarah Cyr and Kathy Shears; along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Tom, Troy, Roy, Richard, Orvy, Harold and Bill Conley and sister Geneva McChesney; as well as close friends Lilly Bailey and Carol Yirga.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 3, 2025 from 11:30-1:30 pm in the Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home where her funeral will begin at 1:30 pm.  Pastors Sam Belsterling and Ken Tucker will officiate and burial will follow in Oak Grove Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to Samaritan’s Purse.

Deb’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of The Inn at Bear Trail Assisted Living as well as the hospice team from Care 360 Hospice for their attentive care.

Deb fought her fight, kept her faith and finished her race.  Laid before her is the crown of righteousness, given to her by the Lord, and not only is it to be given to her but to those who long her His appearance. (2 Timothy 4:7-8)
