Is your dream to become a chef? Do you love to cook? Join Ashland University’s talented team of chefs for AU’s first Chef Camp. Learn the essential skills such as knife handling, sanitation and food handling rules as well as cooking techniques such as sauté, grilling, baking and much more.

The camp takes place this summer — June 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and June 13 from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. — in the John C. Myers Convocation Center kitchen. The camp is open for students ages 10 to 18, with the cost of the camp at $75 per person. Be sure to sign up today as limited space is available.
