Myrna Holzworth passed away Sunday, May 19, 2024 at Oakgrove Manor Nursing Home. She was born on March 1, 1938 to Tamsine Davis and Donald L. Long in Newark, Ohio.
Myrna was married on August 25, 1954 to Mike L. Holzworth, the love of her life. They were married for 65 years.
Myrna loved to travel to different craft shows. She also had her own craft store. Crafting was her passion. She worked at Thermodisc for many years in management. Myrna was loved by everyone that met her and was a devout, Christian woman. She loved her cat, Amber.
Myrna is survived by her two children, David (Ann) Holzworth, Dureen (Bruce) Lamson-Hollar; her grandchildren, Michael (Ranae) Wells and Brandon (Jan) Holzworth.; great grandchildren, Austin Wells, Sebastian Wells, Christian Wells, Dylan Holzworth, Alexis Holzworth, Violet Holzworth, Payton Grundy, Taylor Grundy, and Karsyn Grundy; Siblings, Donna Ridenhour and Larry (JoAnn) Miller; in-laws, Gary and Teresa Holzworth, Maryann and Joe Gerich, and Bill and Barb Holzworth; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Cindy Miller, Vicki Kerns, and Evelyn Lee.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike L. Holzworth Jr.; father, Donald (Mary) Long; mother, Tamsine (Clarence) Denman; brother, Rowland Miller; sister, Anna Hamilton; step-father, Harold Miller; father-in-law, Mike L. Holzworth Sr.; and mother-in-law, Mary (John) Gortner.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Richland County Humane Society at 3025 Park Ave. West, Ontario, Ohio 44906.
Internment will take place at Mansfield Cemetery at a later date.
