Doris A. Mullins, 75, of Shelby, died April 10, 2016 at the Hospice House in Ashland.
Born May 24, 1940 in Lucas, Ohio to Linzo and Alma (Bartram) Jordan, she was a Shelby resident for the majority of her life.
Doris was a member of the Church of God in Shelby, and enjoyed shopping and using her computerized embroidery machine for herself as well as her friends and family.
She is survived by her loving husband Stoney Mullins, whom she wed 55 years ago on April 8, 1961; two sons, Stoney G. (Sandra) Mullins, of Jacksonville, Florida, and Perry L. (Barbara) Mullins, of Lucas; two daughters Tiffany D. (Derek) Levron, of Mansfield, and Kimberly C. (Andy Francis) Mullins, of Cleveland; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters Shirley Porter and Valorie (Junior) Mulvane, both of Shelby; two brothers Jim (Sharon) Jordan, of Plymouth and Bob Jordan, of Shelby; as well as numerous nieces nephews and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson.
Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 14 2016 at the Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory in Shelby. Pastor Merlin Dye will officiate with interment in Oakland Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m.
