MANSFIELD – Jessica Hiser of Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) in Mid Ohio, under the local franchise ownership of Beth DeLaney, was recently presented with the Marketer of the Year award during the company’s annual National Meeting.
Hiser was the sole honoree for this company-wide recognition for her outstanding marketing acumen, which helped Spherion Mid Ohio achieve a nearly perfect Google rating of 4.9 stars across all five branches while driving traffic and sales to the brand’s business.
Leveraging her profound understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), Spherion Mid Ohio also secured the top SEO ranking, complemented by a series of effective local Google Ad campaigns throughout the year.
She also spearheaded the active involvement of each Mid Ohio office in national Spherion campaigns through local promotions and social media initiatives, seizing every opportunity to enhance awareness of Spherion and its services within the region.

The 2024 Spherion National Meeting was held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in New Orleans from March 14 to 16.
