MANSFIELD — The banquet will be held on Saturday March 9 at the Life Celebration Reception Center, 129 S. Main St., in Mansfield.
The event will take place from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $45 per person and can be purchased from chairman Betty Palmer-Harris or any executive committee member.
Buffi Williams, MSSA, LSW, LICDC, Clinical Program Director of “A Beautiful Mind,” will be the keynote speaker and will address the theme of the banquet, “Voting is Power.”
Williams, a Mansfield native, is an insightful and thought-provoking speaker.
The purpose of this banquet is to recognize Life Members of the NAACP and recruit new members. The whole community is encouraged to attend this informative and enjoyable event.
