In an offensive shootout that was tied at 7-7 in the first quarter, the Spartans crept in front 28-21 at halftime before the Colts forged a 28-28 deadlock heading to the final period.

Each team found the end zone repeatedly in the fourth quarter, forcing overtime at 41-41.

Gabe Blauser’s 20-yard field goal gave the Colts a 44-41 lead, but Pleasant scored a TD on its possession for the victory.

Clear Fork drops to 5-3 heading into Friday night’s home game against Marion Harding.
