MANSFIELD, Ohio — Richland Carrousel Park expects to reach 4 million riders by Thanksgiving.

That milestone rider will receive a free special party at the Carrousel which will include two hours of fun, three tables with 24 chairs, 30 rides, pizza, cake and ice cream.
The Carrousel invites the public to help reach this humongous milestone and perhaps be the winner.
The Carrousel has been a corner gemstone in downtown Mansfield for more than 24 years.
