MANSFIELD — The Alzheimer’s Association Northwest Ohio Chapter has announced it will be presenting two in person educational programs in December to help individuals and families who may be impacted by the disease.

The programs are very helpful for anyone experiencing signs of memory loss, their family members who may be concerned, and community members looking for more education. 

Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 6:30 p.m. – Effective Communication Strategies will be held at the Glenn Gallagher Centre in Mount Vernon.

Wednesday, Dec. 15 at 6:30 p.m. – Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia will be held at the Area Agency on Aging Hawkin’s Corner office in Ontario.

Both of these programs provide valuable information about the disease, how to manage it, and strategies to improve overall communication.
