RICHLAND COUNTY — A building that is home to an Arby’s restaurant in Ontario has been sold for $2.4 million, according to recent property transfers filed with the Richland County Auditor’s Office.
The 3,662-square foot facility at 689 N. Lexington-Springmill Road was sold by SECOR, LLC, to Lewis and Michelle Schainuck of San Diego, Calif., according to the public record.
The building was built in 1968 and renovated in 2004, according to recent online property listing and sits on just more than acre of land.
