Ronald D. Berlo, 77, of Mansfield, passed away Friday evening, Jan. 19, 2018, at his home.
He was born Sept. 16, 1940, in Mansfield, Ohio, to John H. and Margaret (Swetlick) Berlo.
Ron graduated from St. Peter’s Catholic High School. He worked at Ohio Brass for 26 years until their closing. He then went to work at Newman Technologies, retiring after 14 years of service. He was a strong-willed man who knew what he wanted.
He loved his family and did anything and everything to help them have the best life possible. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by a son, Steve Berlo; daughter-in-law, Kristen Berlo; former wife, Carroll Frech and their son, Phillip Frech.
Ron is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Berlo; son, David Berlo; and sister, Karen Berlo.
There will be no services or visitation at this time. Wappner Cremation Center is privileged to serve the family.
