Bakers and chocolate lovers are invited to celebrate National Chocolate Month at the Galion Public Library on Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 6 p.m. with the Great Chocolate Bake-Off. And chocolate lovers are invited to taste the entries after they have been judged and the winners have been announced.
For those bakers who want to compete–any homemade baked good can be entered as long as it contains chocolate. Judges will award first, second, and third place prizes. This is the Galion library’s first chocolate bake-off event and participation is open to all willing bakers.
Entry forms can be picked up at the front desk at he Galion Library at 123 N. Market St. and must be received by Saturday, Feb. 14.
