CLEVELAND, Ohio (Sunday, Feb. 8, 8:52 p.m.)—A winter weather advisory is in effect until 5 a.m. Monday for north central Ohio.
The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued the advisory for freezing rain, sleet and snow (less than 1 inch). A mixture of rain, freezing rain, sleet and snow will gradually change to mainly just snow flurries by the end of the night.
Local counties included in the advisory include Ashland, Crawford, Knox, Morrow, and Richland.
Hazardous travel conditions are expected as roads refreeze due to temperatures dropping into the low to mid 20s by the end of the night.
