ONTARIO — It’s that time of year when parents/guardians should remember to begin the Kindergarten Enrollment/Screening Information process at Ontario City Schools.
The deadline to have paperwork completed is before spring break on April 8.
Those interested should start by filling out final forms completely on the Ontario School District website.
Once final forms are completed (all forms are green), adults can come into the Stingel Elementary office and complete the application process with Mrs. Kempf anytime between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
At this appointment please bring the following documents:
Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Proof of Ontario Residency (ie: utility bill [electric, gas, water], lease/mortgage agreement)
Custody Papers (if applicable)
A Kindergarten screening will be scheduled in August at this appointment.
