Meroe Price, 84, of Galion died Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Millcreek Nursing Center in Galion.
Born August 19, 1929 in Galion, she was the daughter of Leon Rich and Elizabeth (Freeman) Rich. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milo C. Price whom she married August 24, 1956.
Meroe was a graduate of Galion High School in 1947 and was a homemaker. She was an avid painter and enjoyed painting landscapes.
She is survived by sons, Jeff Price and Max Price, both of Galion; two step-children, Steve (Becky) Price of Tiffin and Joann (Dean) Coburn of Galion and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and three brothers.
At the request of Meroe’s family there will be no funeral service or visitation. She will be buried at Iberia Cemetery next to her husband.
