BUCYRUS — Kelsie Fleming, 29, was arrested on numerous drug-related charges at 5:09 p.m. Tuesday in the Bucyrus Plaza area, according to a Bucyrus Police Department report.
Fleming was charged with possessing drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia and possession of drugs, police said. Officers were assisting Adult Probation Officers with several other subjects that were in the residence.
She was issued a court date to appear on the charges and transported to Crawford County Justice Center to be held.

4:23 p.m. A report of an unruly juvenile was made in the 1700 block of Marion Rd. The parent was given information about future procedures.
4:32 p.m. A vandalism report was taken in the 100 block of Penn Av. A vehicle had driven on a yard and the vehicle owner was located and will apologize to the property owner.
4:56 p.m. A domestic dispute was investigated at Pinewood Ct.
4:59 p.m. Officers assisted Life Support in the 300 block of Iron St.
7:24 p.m. A theft report was made in the 400 block of N. Sandusky Ave.
7:24 p.m. A false alarm was investigated in the 200 block of Woodlawn Ave.
7:59 p.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 300 block of N. Sandusky Av. and a motorist had left lights on of a parked vehicle.
11:07 p.m. Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 300 block of E. Lucas St.
11:09 p.m. An alarm in the 200 block of Woodlawn Ave. was investigated.

1:58 a.m. A traffic warning was given in the 300 block of E. Charles St.
2:19 a.m. A traffic warning was given in the area of Plymouth St. and Earl St.
2:40 a.m. Officers assisted New Albany Police Dept. in looking for a missing person out of their agency who may have been in Bucyrus.
5:57 a.m. A report of a possible breaking and entering in progress in the 1500 block of E. Mansfield St. at McFarland Trailer Court was investigated and unfounded.
6:14 a.m. A report of a semi striking a telephone pole in the area of Monnett St. and Franklin Court was investigated.
