MANSFIELD — The Richland County Youth and Family Council invites caregivers to attend “It’s Time To Potty!” a supportive and informative potty‑training workshop for individuals of any age and ability level.

The event will take place Wednesday, Nov. 18 from 5 to 8 p.m. at North Central State College, Fellarius Building, Room 164.

Led by Emily Carruthers, M.A. of the Collaborative Learning Center, who brings over 25 years of experience using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to support learners with diverse needs, the training covers readiness, reinforcement, visual supports, schedules, and practical implementation.

Her approach is compassionate, adaptable, and rooted in meeting individuals where they are.

Food and refreshments will be provided by Panera Bread.

This free training is open to caregivers supporting children, youth, or adults, including those with disabilities.
