7:17 a.m. A report of a loud vehicle engine in the 100 block of Schell Ave. was investigated.
8:42 a.m. Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the 500 block of S. Sandusky Ave. The couple was not located.
9:51 a.m. A false alarm was investigated in the 1800 block of E. Mansfield St.
10:15 a.m. A welfare check was requested on a person in the 200 block of S. Lane St.
10:17 a.m. Officers investigated the report of a disorderly person in the 600 block of N. Lane St.
10:47 a.m. Officers assisted Life Support in the 800 block of N. Sandusky Ave.
11:46 a.m. A report of a possible child abuse was investigated in the Washington Square area.
12:49 p.m. A report of an erratic driver was investigated on S. Sandusky Av.
1:35 p.m. Officers took a report of a breaking and entering in the 100 block of W. Perry St.
2:58 p.m. Officers assisted Life Support in the 100 block of Gaius St.
3:26 p.m. Two abandoned bicycles picked up in the 100 block of W. Mansfield were brought to the Police Department.
3:37 p.m. A traffic citation was issued in the 1600 block of Marion Rd.
4:05 p.m. A report of a dog locked in a hot vehicle was investigated in the 200 block of Stetzer Rd. S.
4:46 p.m. A written traffic warning was issued in the 200 block of S. Poplar Street.
5:35 p.m. A report of a fight at Aumiller Park was investigated.
6:49 p.m. A disturbance at Dollar General was investigated.
7:05 p.m. An injury accident in the parking lot of McDonald’s was investigated.
7:38 p.m. Officers assisted a deputy at Neff Reservoir.
8:30 p.m. A resident in the 900 block of Victoria Drive reported damage to a window screen sometime in the last couple days.
9:26 p.m. A 9-1-1 hang up call was investigated at Bucyrus Plaza. It was an accidental dial and there was no emergency.
10:31 p.m. A report of an erratic, speeding driving coming into town on N. Sandusky Avenue was investigated.
10:41 p.m. A verbal traffic warning was issued on N. Sandusky Avenue.
11:26 p.m. A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of Sandusky and Liberty Street.
11:40 p.m. Thad Ankney, 47, was arrested on charges of OVI and Possession of Marijuana. He was issued his paperwork and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.
11:44 p.m. A verbal warning for loud music in the area of Poplar and Oakwood Avenue was investigated.
11:47 p.m. Officers assisted Bucyrus Fire Department at an open burn in the area of Wingert and Plymouth Street.

12:06 a.m. A disturbance in the 900 block of Wingert Street was investigated.
12:29 a.m. A report of an erratic driver coming into town on Hopley Avenue was investigated.
12:31 a.m. A domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Emerson Street was investigated.
12:44 a.m. A disturbance in the 300 block of S. Lane Street was investigated.
1:20 a.m. A disturbance in the 800 block of Clay Street was investigated.
2:47 a.m. Officers investigated the report of a suspicious male in the 1000 block of Lavina Ave.
3:15 a.m. Officers investigated the report of a suspicious male in the 500 block of Gay St.
10:05 a.m. A 1998 Dodge Ram truck, License plate GQL1653, was reported stolen from the 400 block of S. Spring St.
11:02 a.m. A parking complaint was investigated in the 100 block of Gaius St.
11:22 a.m. Melissa Moneysmith, 48, was arrested in the 1100 block of E. Mansfield St. on charges of OVI and open container after officers were called to the area for a report of an erratic driver. She was issued her paperwork and released to a sober party pending a court appearance.
11:31 a.m. A burglary report was taken in the 1000 block of Lavina Ave.
12:28 p.m. A false alarm was investigated in the 500 block of W. Southern Ave.
12:33 p.m. A theft report was taken in the 200 block of W. Mansfield St.
1:14 p.m. Officers assisted with a funeral escort.
2:02 p.m. A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 1000 block of High St.
2:33 p.m. Officers and K-9 assisted Ohio State Patrol on U.S. 30.
3:15 p.m. A traffic complaint was investigated in the 600 block of W. Charles St.
3:19 p.m. A burglary report was taken in the 1000 block of Lavina Ave.
3:39 p.m. A juvenile complaint was investigated in Aumiller Park.
5:15 p.m. Thomas Wells, 38, was arrested in the 300 block of E. Charles St on a Huron County warrant. He was transported to Crawford County Justice Center to await transport to Huron County.
5:22 p.m. A loud music complaint was investigated in the 500 block of S. Spring St.
5:24 p.m. A 911 open line call was investigated in the 400 block of Norton Way.
5:48 p.m. Officers investigated the report of a disturbance at Lions Park.

3:42 a.m. A report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of Clark St. was investigated.
4:23 a.m. A false alarm was investigated in the 200 block of S. Walnut St.
9:16 a.m. A parking ticket was issued in the 800 block of S. Spring St.
9:51 a.m. John Cummings, 47, was arrested in the area of Irving and Tiffin St. on charges of OVI, open container, driving under suspension, failure to comply and stop sign violation.
10:50 a.m. A report of a dog whining in the 700 block of W. Warren St. was investigated.
12:27 p.m. A report of a juvenile riding on the outside of a vehicle was reported on High St.
12:51 p.m. A report of a stolen vehicle was taken in the 400 block of Sheckler St. The vehicle was located by Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.
1:04 p.m. Stacey Mullins, 44, was arrested in the 1800 block of E. Mansfield St. on charges of theft. He was issued a summons to appear in court and released.
2:47 p.m. A theft report was taken in the 500 block of Kaler Ave. The property was located on Spring St and returned to the owner.
2:48 p.m. A false alarm was reported in the 500 block of W. Warren St.
4:32 p.m. A theft report was taken in the 500 block of Wedgewood Ct.
4:46 p.m. A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 500 block of Rogers St.
5:31 p.m. A parking complaint was investigated in the 100 block of W. Perry St.
7:09 p.m. A report of a vehicle speeding in the 200 block of W. Warren St. was investigated.
7:36 p.m. Officers assisted with a disabled vehicle in the area of Mary and Walnut St.
8:37 p.m. Officers conducted a welfare check on a man in the Warren and Wiley Street area.
8:52 p.m. Officers assisted a motorist in the Fisher St. area regarding high water in the street.
9:06 p.m. Officers investigated a report of a motorist driving at a high rate of speed on Fisher St.
9:34 p.m. Officers investigated a report of a reckless driver in the 600 block of N. Sandusky.
9:46 p.m. Officers investigated a non-injury accident in the 900 block of Hopley Ave.
9:50 p.m. A report of dogs running loose in the area of Prospect St. and Southern Ave.
10:00 p.m. Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 400 block of E. Mansfield St.
10:51 p.m. A false alarm was received in the 1300 block of E. Beal Ave.
11:26 p.m. Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 100 block of W. Mansfield St.
11:54 p.m. Chandler Lust, 18, Bucyrus, was arrested on a falsification charge, warrant and possession of marijuana. He is being held on the warrant.
Monday, May 29
1:01 a.m. Jennifer Hutchinson, 45, was arrested on a warrant out of Tiffin after officers were called to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Tiffin St. She was taken to Crawford County for Tiffin authorities.
2:02 a.m. A false alarm was received at McDonald’s
3:40 a.m. Officers investigated a report of possible suspicious activity in the 500 block of Wedgewood Ct.
4:01 a.m. Officers investigated a report of a suspicious man in the 800 block of E. Rensselaer.
9:57 a.m. Officers investigated a vehicle that struck a parked car in the 100 block of S. Poplar St. No injuries were reported.
10:24 a.m. Officers are investigating a 22 yr old man who overdosed in the 1300 block of Farmview. He was transported to the ER for treatment.
10:37 a.m. Officers assisted a motorist with a vehicle lockout in the 400 block of N. Poplar.
11:14 a.m. Officers assisted a motorist with a vehicle lockout in the 700 block of S. Walnut.
1:36 p.m. Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 800 block of Woodale Street.
2:21 p.m. A report of a window falling onto the ground in the 400 block of Hopley Avenue was investigated.
2:43 p.m. A traffic citation was issued in the 200 block of W. Mary Street.
3:27 p.m. A purse found in a yard in the 400 block of Sears Street was returned to its owner.
3:41 p.m. Officers assisted OSP on a traffic stop in the area of Mansfield and Hall Street.
4:43 p.m. A verbal warning for trespassing on the railroad tracks on Woodlawn Avenue.
4:50 p.m. Kids playing in the river at Aumiller Park were warned of the dangers of high water and advised to move along.
5:34 p.m. Charles R. Banks, 43, was arrested on charges of Menacing after reportedly threatening another subject in the area. He was issued a summons to appear and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a probation violation.
7:10 p.m. A suspicious male outside the Bucyrus Public Library was investigated.
8:22 p.m. Officers spoke to a Bucyrus resident at the Police Department about a domestic issue.
8:52 p.m. Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle at Outhwaite Reservoir.
9:05 p.m. Officers checked on an abandoned vehicle on the side of the road in the area of State Route 98 and Kiess Road.
9:13 p.m. A resident in the 500 block of W. Charles Street reported catching a couple juveniles trying to break into his vehicle.
10:11 p.m. A report of a fight in the E. Rensselaer St. area was investigated.
10:20 p.m. Officers responded to an alarm on Washington Square.
10:38 p.m. A 69 year old male was reported missing from the Indian Creek Apts. He was later located by officers and transported home.
11:11 p.m. A verbal traffic warning was given in the S. Sandusky Ave. area.
11:29 p.m. A verbal traffic warning was given in the area of W. Center ST. and S. Poplar ST.
Tuesday, May 30
12:21 a.m. Stacy Higginbotham, 32, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. She was released with a court date.
6:00 a.m. A resident in the 200 block of W. Mansfield St. reported someone tried to get into her daughter’s vehicle.
