MANSFIELD – A Richland County grand jury recently returned indictments against 40 people, according to the county prosecutor’s office.

Charges included murder, drug trafficking, burglary, escape, robbery and more.

Below is the full list of indictments provided by the Richland County Prosecutor’s Office:


  • Brian Ztitzke, 28: Aggravated possession of drugs, inducing panic, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, misconduct at an emergency.
  • Clifford Macklin, 46: Theft, receiving stolen property.
  • Caleb Macklin, 26: Aggravated burglary, burglary, assault.
  • Joey Chapman, 43: Possession of cocaine.
  • Adrian Nusbaum, 29: Having weapons while under disability, specification for forfeiture of a weapon while under disability.
  • Tyler Lee Carter, 22: Improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, specification for forfeiture of a weapon, operation a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug abuse or a combination of them – OVI (2 counts).
  • Benjamin Radojcsics, 42: Aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs.
  • John Douglas Parker, 42: Breaking and entering, grand theft, possessing criminal tools.
  • John Edward Wickham, 43: Domestic violence, strangulation.
  • Richard Cantu, 31: Escape (2 counts).
  • Everett Rucker, 31: Escape.
  • Timothy Bush, 27: Trafficking in cocaine (4 counts) 2 specification for forfeiture of a cell phone in a drug case, 2 specification for forfeiture of a scale in a drug case, 2 specification for forfeiture of money in a drug case, 2 specification for forfeiture of a gun in a drug case, possession of cocaine, endangering children (3 counts) possession of a fentanyl-related compound, possessing criminal tools.
  • Mervin Bettis, 50: Attempted tampering with evidence, aggravated possession of drugs, criminal trespass.
  • Sean Favors, 18: Discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises (2 counts), 12 firearm specification – 5 year, “drive by shooting,” 11 specification for forfeiture of a weapon, 12 firearm specification – 3 year, felonious assault (9 counts), improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation or a school safety zone, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, contributing to unruliness or delinquency of a child.
  • Anthony Howell, 38: Harassment with a bodily substance, assault (2 counts).
  • Scott Matthes, 63: Felonious assault, domestic violence, disrupting public service, aggravated menacing.
  • Robert Strine, 63: Felonious assault, assaulting a police dog or horse, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, criminal damaging or endangering.
  • Mike Awaga, 21: Failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer (2 counts), obstructing official business, criminal damaging or endagnering, failure to stop after an accident involving the property of others (2 counts), criminal trespass, negligent assault.
  • Kaleb Adkins, 21: Possessing criminal tools (2 counts).
  • Michael Henzler, 35: Disrupting public services, endangering children, vandalism, violating a protection order.
  • Timothy McCoy, 20: Assault (2 counts) obstructing official business, harassment with a bodily substance.
  • Kadeem Burnett, 37: Aggravated possession of drugs.
  • Corey West, 40: Possession of heroin, possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
  • Nicholas Hoskins, 43: Aggravated possession of drugs.
  • Jonathon Mosley, 38: Assault, harassment with a bodily substance.
  • Briatta Webb, 33: Retaliation, assault, aggravated menacing.
  • Edward Booker, 46: Vandalism.
  • Stormy Wentworth, 35: Breaking and entering, possessing criminal tools (2 counts).
  • Charles Lamson, 66: Aggravated possession of drugs.
  • Janyra Pinson, 30: Theft (2 counts).
  • Maurice Jones, 34: Having weapons while under disability, aggravated possession of drugs, specification for forfeiture of a weapon.
  • Tetoe Bush, 48: Aggravated possession of drugs (2 counts).
  • Olivia Melton, 22: Possession of cocaine, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them – OVI.
  • Matthew Hunter, 57: Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them – OVI (2 counts).
  • Kaleb Adkins, 21: Breaking and entering, misdemeanor theft, criminal damaging or endangering (3 counts), possessing criminal tools.
  • Glenn Yingling, 41: Theft, receiving stolen property.
  • Gary Parnell, 44: Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them – OVI (3 counts) 3 specification for forfeiture of vehicle.
  • Alex Morris, 31: Murder, involuntary manslaughter, felonious assault, endangering children (2 counts), permitting child abuse.
  • Brandon Atwell, 25: Robbery, burglary, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, grand theft of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, criminal damaging or endangering.
  • Jeb Weikle, 47: Aggravated possession of drugs.
  • Tony Roseberry, 57: Theft from a person in a protected class, theft.
