If Bonny L. Beal didn’t have her Bible on her lap, she was likely loving on a little child there. She just loved loving on the little children.

Remembered for her constant kindness, Bonny L. Beal passed into the Lord’s presence Thursday morning March 23, 2017 from OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. She was 84.

Born October 26, 1932 in Auburn, Indiana, to Lloyd and Mabel (Switzer) Fay, she was graduated from Mansfield Senior High School. Bonny worked as head secretary at the Mansfield Tire and Rubber Company.

A prayer warrior for her family, she was a member of Lexington Church of Christ, and more recently attended Berean Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughters Sharon (Mark) Stofer and Kathy Beal, of Mansfield; grandchildren Andrew (Amy) Stofer, of Mansfield, Jonathan Stofer, of Kettering, and Heather Stofer, of Mansfield; great grandson Grant Stofer; sisters Elaine Ackerman and Rosemary Carleton, both of Orlando, Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband William L. Beal on January 20, 2007. Also deceased are brothers Jack, Bill and Keith Fay.

A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 29 at noon in Oak Grove Memorial Park, Lexington with Pastor Jim Carder officiating. The Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home is handling funeral arrangements.
