SHELBY — State Route 61 between Stiving Road and Jayne Ave, south of the city of Shelby, will close Wednesday, May 27 for bridge repairs, according to a press release from the Ohio Department of Transportation.
The detour route will be State Route 61 south to State Route 96/39 west (Main St) to State Route 39 west to State Route 598 south to U.S. 30 east to State Route 61 north and reverse.
The estimated completion of this project is Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
