Stephen R. Blevins, age 40, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away on October 5, 2026. On June 7, 1986 he was born in Shelby, Ohio the son of Linda Hardin and Butch Blevins. Steven lived in Kentucky for a short period but he primarily lived in Mansfield Ohio.
He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, mowing, going to wrestling shows and playing in the Special Olympics through Richland New Hope. His proudest achievement was his children. He was funny, loved by his family, and was always willing to help anyone out! He also really enjoyed playing his game system.
He has survived by his mother, Linda Hardin; father, Butch Blevins; siblings, Lisa Lee, Barbara (Joseph) Andrews, Jennifer (James) Blevins, Karen Blevins, Loretta Blevins; his children, Clarence Blevins, Jessica Blevins, Courtney Blevins, and Bethany Jones and his girlfriend, Mary Witwer.
He was preceded to death by a stepfather, Alvin Hardin and daughter, Raelyn Blevins.
