Gregory Allen Wagoner, 65, of Mansfield, OH passed away October 8, 2026, at Knox Community Hospital in Mount Vernon, OH. He was born on October 30, 1960, in Mansfield, OH, to Forest D. and Janet (Berry) Wagoner.
He was a loving, kind, and determined man who lived his life with discipline and purpose. Throughout his lifetime, he loved walking around Mansfield and the surrounding areas, covering many miles along the way. These walks were more than just a way to keep active; they gave him the opportunity to meet friends, share conversations, and remain connected to the community he loved.
Gregory is survived by his mother, Janet Wagoner; brother, Edward Wagoner; many nieces and nephews; and a legacy of friends who were better for having known him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Forest Wagoner; and brother, Richard Wagoner.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at Wappner Funeral Directors and Crematory-Mansfield, 98 S. Diamond Street, Mansfield. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 pm.
