Beverly L. Bunker, of Galion, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her home on October 3, 2026, surrounded by the family she loved. She was 75 years old.

Beverly was born on May 20, 1951, to James and Virginia Geraldine King. She was formerly of Marion, Ohio, before moving to Galion seven years ago.

Beverly was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She had a gift for storytelling and could tell you a story about just about anything from her life. She never met a stranger and had a way of making everyone feel welcome. Her warm heart, her stories, her laughter, and the love she shared with her family will be cherished by all who knew her.

She is survived by her three sons: Robin (Becky) VanMeter of Galion, Ohio; Jermey (Patty) Bunker of Maryville, Tennessee; and Jason Bunker of Bucyrus, Ohio.
She is also survived by her siblings, James (Linda) King, Mark (Teresa) King, and Vivian (Terry) Beck, all of Marion, Ohio.

Beverly leaves behind many grandchildren whom she loved dearly: Allyson (Gabe) Blackwell, Cobretti (Shianne) VanMeter, Blade VanMeter, Kiera (Andrew) Rich, Dalton Bunker, Brianna Bunker, Autumn King, Hailey (Dustin) Green, Katlyn Bunker, Genna Bunker, Arica (Tyler) Cermark, Jordan Morris, and Bobby Morris.

She was also blessed with 14 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews who brought great joy to her life.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, James and Virginia Geraldine King, and her brothers Roger King and Rocky King.

Per Beverly’s wishes, she will be cremated and laid to rest beside her parents at Rhodes Cemetery in West Virginia.

Beverly’s greatest legacy will be the love she gave her family, the stories she shared, and the many lives she touched along the way.

She leaves behind a lifetime of memories that will continue to live on through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and everyone who was lucky enough to know her.

Though our hearts are broken by her passing, we find comfort knowing that Beverly is now at peace and reunited with her mama, dad, and brothers.

Rest peacefully, Grandma Bev. You were deeply loved, you will be deeply missed, and your stories will live on through all of us.
